How to voice your concern in Thursday's meeting (8/18)?

Here are 5 ways you can voice your desire to have the commission keep Park viilage with PQ in Dist. 5 ;

1) Show your support at the meeting tomorrow 8/18 4pm in the City Council Chambers, City Concourse, 202 "C" St..  Take 163 South into downtown, turn Right on Ash St., Left on Second St. and straight into the parking structure.

2) Fill out a speaker slip. These are at the door and are called on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you want you can write "Defer to:   " on the form so your opinion gets credit but allowes your minutes to go to somebody who will speak for you.

3) Give your speech to someone else to read to the commission. The author's name needs to be on the slip to give proper recognition.

4) Fill out a written statement. These are available at the door and are turned in with the speech forms. You can also do this if you are requesting to speak before the commission. The morre they hear from us the better.

5) Send an email to the Redistricting Commission at      redistricting_2010@sandiego.gov        It is imperative we send as many emails voicing your desire to keep PQ united in district 5. We can send an email even if you go the meeting.
